The CREXCELL team helps with Festival planning at a fast moving multi day event – The Fly Open Air Festival
A major festival that operates annually, FLY has tens of thousands of attendees and takes place at an iconic Scottish setting.
The CREXCELL team work very closely with the Event organisers, traffic management plans are created and approved by local authorities well in advance, permits are put in place; safety plans created and stewarding staff trained and put in place to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Over the years FLY Open Air has earned its reputation through carefully curated line-ups mixing the world’s best electronic acts while championing homegrown talent in iconic settings.
The festival takes place in the stunning grounds of Hopetoun House, Scotland’s finest stately home in the outskirts of Edinburgh.
Such open air events are an operational challenge, CREXCELL uses its full set of services, the “one stop shop” capability, to ensure the operational requirements related to the event run seamlessly.
This allows the event organisers to focus on the content and ensure the paying guests have a great experience.

CREXCELL provided all our TTRO needs for one-way systems and road signs for an event at Hopetoun House. It was a massive success, and all our targets were achieved.
